Discussed below are some tips and steps on how you can register for the issuance of your professional ID card plus your Certificate of Registration. Read on.

What You Have to Prepare

These include the following:
1. ID picture (jpeg format)
2. email address and password
3. Community Tax Certificate or Cedula
4. Personal Information

Step 1: Head on over to the Licensure Examination and Registration Information System at prc.gov.ph
Step 2: Fill out the registration form for your personal information. You should also read the "Terms of Service."
Step 3: Head on over to your email. You have to click the "Activate Account."
Step 4: Sign in with the use of your email address as your username and enter your password.
Step 5: Complete the information needed.
Step 6: Upload your 2x2 photo following these details: plain white background and wearing a decent attire with collar
Step 7: Head to Initial Registration. Choose your profession. Provide the Application Number that is written on your Notice of Admission (NOA) -- particularly at the upper right corner.
Step 8: Choose a PRC office, an appointment date, along with your payment option.
Step 9: What you have to do next is to verify your application's status.
Step 10: Print your "Oath Form."
